For under €100 my first choice would be a G-Shock.

There is also a sale on AliExpress so you could look at brands like Pagani Design to see what's available.
At one time I would have said Vostok, in particular their Amphibia model line- but now, look at Casio or Orient offerings is my recommendation.

You have a lot of options here, really depends on what you like.. if i were you, i would have save the 100 on the side, wait couple of months and save another 200 and buy a solid seiko 5
I think beside of the already mentioned Invicta Pro Diver, you can generally look for Casio and Citizen.
But don't get scared of the Citizen prices which are over 100. If you search well and have pacience you canoften find them with good discounts.
