Got a couple of straps from Hoan. Great quality and reasonable pricing plus you can customize your strap to your liking.

I didn’t buy leather straps from them, but the MN style I did buy have held up well. No reason the believe their other type’s wouldn’t

I've ordered from TunsLeather. Very good quality, responsive seller and willing to customize everything they sell. I will tell you (I'm also on the east coast) you have to be patient with delivery as it is coming from Vietnam.

Tuns makes amazing handmade bespoke straps from renown tanneries leather (Horween, Epsom, Butero...) without the ludicrous markup of so-called luxury websites. They are my go-to whenever I want to treat myself to a real premium strap. Can't recommend them enough. 👌

There is at least one strap maker here also. Don't forget leather straps are consumables and leather wears out over time as it absorbs skin oils and whatever your wrist gets splashed on it. Being organic chemicals will break them down.

Depending on what you go with they can be anywhere from $40-$160 so it’s nice to know what quality you’re getting for your money.

Great point. As durable as even something like shell cordovan is, I’m sure it’ll still wear down over time regardless of the quality.

Barton on Amazon has some great straps for truly affordable prices. Here is my Horween leather strap 24mm for my Mondaine.
