That tail tho...👀😱🫣

On a serious note, it is a device, strapped and/or worn about the wrist, to arbitrarily measure and assign worth, to the relative positional rotation of the earth in relation to the sun and in relation to your relative location upon the earth, or something....

So yes. It is a watch. 😉😁🤏🏻😆

Plastic, Ceramic, whatever.

Not everyone's cup of tea, but the color isn't bad. Only wish Swatch wouldn't market it as "saving" the ocean, with completely non salvageable movement.

PS - I also appreciate the NOT placed at 12 bezel. 😉

Other / it’s whatever the owner wants it to be.

·

It's a physical device with a mechanical movement to display time. If that's not a "real watch" then nothing else is a "real watch" either...

All of the above!

Almost no one really needs a real dive watch. Most of you just play with the bezel all day. Almost like it's a ... toy.

It's a fun watch for people that want the look, hype, brand, etc. Let people have their fun.

It's a real watch and and it tells real time. It's also kind of a technical marvel how swatch is able to assemble these things with hardly any human interaction. It should be interesting to see watch this tech looks like on 10-20 years.

Would I buy it? No. I think it looks ugly and I have and never ending list of watches to buy that fit what I'm looking for way more. I'm certainly not going to look down on someone that does. I will want to know their rationale but that goes for any person wearing a non standard issue watch. Nothing against standard issue watches. It's just that it's obvious why people purchase them.

I might buy a moonswatch if they come down in price to sub $200. If they sold those at retail for sub $200 I would have purchased 3 or 4. And I own a speedmaster.

Crap

I have the white one, now off the NATO, which was a comfortable strap, but made it too thick for me.

Irony is the cheap AliExpress copy strap is actually much better than the original! Metal keepers and buckle

I think it's quite ironic that people brand this as an expansive toy watch, when they then put on their Rolex or Omega which cost 20 times as much to do exactly the same thing.

If all watch enthusiasts were all the same life would be boring! 👍👍

I want to say real, but it’s not serviceable… but i mean it’s not a figment of our collective imagination either lol. The term “real watch” I am finding more and more off putting, anyway, so I guess I’ll say “it is a watch.” As my “other” comment. Also, a bit too expensive for a watch with a shelf life, made of inexpensive materials assembled nearly entirely by machine, minimizing labor. I suppose there is the cost of tooling, but they have been making sistem31 for a while now, surely that cost has been offset by now.

Speaking of it’s disposable nature, I hope we can at least salvage some hands and dials, bezels/ inserts from the ones that bite the weenie down the road.
