Fortis B-42

Hello all ! I’m looking into my next watch and have Fortis on my radar ( see above ) B-42. As many of us know , looking at video and pics can be quit challenging as things are not always as they appear. My concern is even though the case diameter is 42 mm it appears to be way way larger and quite thick. Anyone here have experience or have owned this Fortis reference ? The few YouTube videos I have found all show me something similar- a mammoth sized watch but on paper it shouldn’t be. I have 6.5 inch wrist and pull off a 42 mm but I’m not so sure here. Any feedback or thoughts greatly appreciated!

FWIW, this is my B-42 on my 7.25" wrist (see below). To me, it wears large, and thick. Mine's titanium,  so it's light, and that helps. I'm honestly not sure of it's age, and I bought it pre-owned, but I had to send it back because the rotor was "helicoptering". I also have a Fortis flieger that simply stopped running; no idea what's wrong with it. Hindsight being 20/20, I'm not sure I would have purchased them had I known I would have the issues I've had. Of course,  neither one was new, and that has to be taken into account. I know they are well-loved by many. Just my two cents.

Right now, I'm trying to decide if mine end up on Ebay or stay in the collection. My gut says Ebay...
