I would put Phoibos and Merkur in that category.
Maybe also take a look at Boldr and Zelos.
Brew has a few cool mechaquartz chronographs that run in that range, they’re great designs too.
I'll second what @Dingus said - Brew make watches with interesting designs that are very well made, and offer great value at a very reasonable price point. Definitely worth checking out.
Phoibos for sure.
Take a look at Gekota. A microbrand from the UK that also do watch gecko straps. An interesting range of divers, field watches and similar. I have one and would highly recommend them..
