Any experience with Baume & Mercier?
Today with my Baume & Mercier Hampton City. I have changed the original black strap and mounted this waterproof strap made in Germany (Meyhofer). Do you have any experience with Baume & Mercier?

Sweet watch! Baume & Mercier is very underrated.
I like designs like this that are out of the ordinary.
About18 years ago I had a Capeland Chrono. Beautiful watch gone now in my purging of chronographs from my collection. Quality,fit, and finish were top notch.
It almost bothers me how underrated Baume & Mercier is. If you want THIN automatics (at least on their new models) under $5k with amazing finishing, you have so few good choices. Baume & Mercier value is off the charts.

I have the same opinion. Very good watches with very high quality (at least from my experience) and the heritage of the company is very big too (establish 1830). Maybe they do not do the marketing in the right way ...

I have two B&M's, one that I purchased 20+ years ago. Excellent quality watches and I love their style. Not sure exacly why the get a bad rap? Not the same finish as an FP Journe, but you get a good bang for your buck with B&M.
