Circula is a family-owned watch manufacturer based in Pforzheim, Germany. The company has been makimg watches since the 1950's and recently released a new, titanium DiveSport dive watch. They might not get a lot of exposure here but are greatly appreciated by the watch collecting community in general.

They are 100% underrated as a whole.

Underrated by whom? Probably only by the people who only ever consider Swiss watches. They basically underrate just about every other watch market. Other than that, I generally see German watchbrands getting a lot of respect from watch reviewers and enthusiasts.

I haven't collected watches very long but the Swiss watch companies tend to get more publicity save for some German brands like Sinn.
