Reducing the Grand Seiko collection!

I have decided to reduce my watch collection and find a good home for a number of Grand Seiko pieces. Sad but true! I love these pieces but sometimes life throws a new set of priorities at you and you have to do what's best.

Ahead of posting them on FB, Chrono Hunter etc, I just wanted to give you all notice of the pieces I have for sale in case someone is after something fast and quicker than I will be listing! Plus I know they would go to a loving home if a Cruncher decided to pick one of these!

All come with box, papers and still within the GS guarantee. All are in mint condition and I've included my target price for each; but everything is negotiable! Of course I can send through as many pictures as you may like and answer all questions.

They are:

SBGN003 (GMT, 9F Quartz). A lovely discontinued piece, looking for £2100 (includes bespoke The Strap Tailor strap)

SBGP015 SOLD

SBGA 465 (Kira Zuri, 9R Spring Drive). A fantastic alternative to the Snowflake in steel. Looking for £2,600

SBGX259 (37mm, White dial, 9F Quartz). Discontinued and a real gem. Looking for £1800

SBGX337 (Diver, JDM, 9F Quartz). Not available outside of Japan. My latest piece and breaks my heart to sell. Looking for £2700

DM me if any of these models are of interest! I'm UK based but can ship worldwide.

That sbgx259 is gorgeous. If i was in the UK I would definitely shoutout. All the best to the lucky few who snag these.

Good pricing my friend beautiful watches ❤️👌

I feel for you but at least you have had the pleasure.

I note that you’re keeping the SBGH205 and possibly one other and I would be really interested in the reasons why you chose to keep those you did.

I am off to the GS boutique on Thursday (for the first time) as I admire many of their watches but have never been able to try them on - there being nowhere near me that stocks them.

Given the price bracket I really need to try them to buy them. Do love my first one though - pic below.

Good luck with your downsizing.

You'd be surprised how cheap the courier option can be for delivery outside the UK. Let me know...

Yes they are. I'm trying to pitch them at a price that recognises their value but in the end, creates a sale!

That's correct, I'm keeping the SBGH205. Since I've put it on a beautiful black leather strap, it really is a GADA type watch and that movement is amazing. I have 6 GS in total and aim to just keep the one. It's a tough call, but the HiBeat gets the vote!

I think your kick-off posting missed a picture of the SBGP015.

I was comparing them with your gallery and it looked like you were keeping two - and that explains it.

I’m budget challenged at the moment having just bought the one below. And that’s why I’m going to the boutique now - as I can’t spend anything for a good while!

Shame too as you have a great selection there - good luck.

It's there, but have to click through I think. Love your piece and looks very smart with the power reserve on the rear

I could see the GMT twice but I couldn’t see this one, which is certainly a stunner. If it had a colour-matched date wheel it would be my favourite of those you are selling. Could be my error but I was looking hard.

Here’s the case back on mine. It’s a manual which is a slight compromise but a good trade off to be thinner as my wrist isn’t large.
