Only the outer portion rotates and it’s a 24 clicks bezel. I mentioned it in my review that they clearly screwed up and should have made it 60/120 clicks
Yah the 100m WR isn’t what I’m most worried about honestly. Like you said, there are many other watches with push-pull crowns and 50m-100m WR that nobody complains about.
As for the inconsistencies, well it’s Seiko 😂
Just check out the clasp on the SPB313. 2 holes for micro adjustments on a Prospex diver makes no sense
