Montreal Canada here, and I definitely see a LOT of smartwatches. I work at a college and they all have an Apple watch it seems. As for so-called real watches I spot plenty of Casio and run-of-the-mill Citizen and other mall/fashion watches frequently as well, lot of Fossil. But as I type this, I am commuting and someone across from me seems to have on a vintage Omega, I can only see the bracelet.
