I have heard that Russian watches and specifically Poljot and Vostok are cult brands, however I acquired this watch under the idea of being a vintage mechanical chronograph without knowing anything else and I think it is an impressive watch and it has spent more time on my wrist than I thought.

Very nice Poljot. Oddly, this may have been produced after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Dials with U.S.S.R. printed on them continued to be used through 1992. It has a Caliber 3133 which was developed for military use. This is a model 1981706 if it is hiding another crown under your sleeve. What does the other crown do?

Thank you!! I have a picture of the movement and it is a 3133 that i think it is a very similar to the Valjoux or ETA and it has another crown that moves the telemetric adjustment of 12 km, in theory one adjusts it in the order of the chrono and the time it takes the sound is at the distance that occurred for example a burst.

Wow! really great find. I absolutely love the layout and who doesn't love a Red second hand!
A Russian brand chrono is next on my “Watches to Buy” list.
