A friend inherited this recently, has been in the family since new. It appears to be the reference 73653. Is there a good resource somewhere to learn more in-depth detail about it?
There is also a Tag Heuer forum where I've found info about my Tag. You may find that you'll get more info about the watch over there on that forum. Very cool watch here; you're friend is lucky! Best of luck in your search!
Classic watch, mine is a kids vintage watch - My first vintage watch found in my mum's attic, not been touched in more than 40 years! Gave it a wind and a shake amazingly started straight off (Swiss quality)...(only needed buffing up). Was mine when I was a kid!

You're welcome! I've used this site before, the search isn't that reliable, so I manually went through all the Carreras to find it.
