The bracelet is ok, sized it very easily and it wears well. Zero micro adjustment and not much flex to the bracelet but it’s not noticeable when wearing.
Reminds me of a Brew Metric bracelet but not as good.

I don’t mind homages when the original watch is unobtainable or discontinued! This fits that bill. Based on an older Omega speedy model

You're right, that's a bit chunky. I have a 7" wrist, but it's kind of flat. I liked this watch since I first saw it, but the integrated bracelet left me wondering. One reason I didn't pick up the Seiko 5 55th anniversary, I couldn't bring myself to buy it when everyone was complaining about the bracelet. I know it can be swapped out much easier on that one, but to me, the bracelet makes that watch.

This one would definitely be hard to swap out unfortunately. For the price I’m not going to complain too much. I have a 6.25” wrist and it wears well. I think it would look better on a bigger wrist

I’m glad that a quartz equivalent of the Valjoux 7750 is around. And it seems that microbrands and knockoff brands are making watch people get reacquainted with the benefits (and cost-savings) of quartz movements.
Now all that’s left is for Citizen to combine sweeping seconds with solar
