Hey, man. First of all, thanks for being honest with us. I was in a similar situation as you after a serious relationship of mine had ended about 3 years ago. Needless to say, I fell victim into hedonism. I was constantly on the lookout to buy anything that'll supposedly "fill the hole" inside me, and it took a hit on my mental health eventually. That was when I realized I needed to do anything I can to get out of this black hole. The very first step I took was limit my media consumption, and instead used that free time for my hobbies, which in my case was writing and photography. I wrote poems, took many photographs, and most importantly spent time with my loved ones, which exponentially improved my overall well-being. Am I out of the game, then? Not really, but I still stick to those rules of mine, and it has kept the addiction at bay most of the time. I won't lie, there were days I gave in to my desires and spent many hours researching about a watch. But I think that's okay, as it's part of the healing process for this first world addiction of ours. To sum up, make time for your family and hobbies, and limit your media consumption. Hope it helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
Check out Tuns, Edelleather, Leacus on Etsy. I personally haven't bought any from them, but seems to be of good quality. Also, check out Artisan straps, Mon straps, and Handdn but the difference in price compared to Delugs will be lower. Hope it helps.
