My 4 piece SOTC!

What do you think of this SOTC?

1.) Baltic Aquascaphe

2.) Hamilton Khaki Field

3.) Timex Marlin Snoopy

4.) Casio World Time

Please comment what should be the fifth? Or what is missing in this collection?

That’s a great collection. I’ve gone back and forth a few times on the Timex, how do you find it?

·

Great 4 piece collection mate, covers all the bases. I’d look to get a GMT/world time for the 5th. Either go with the new Seiko 5 SSKs, or the world timer from Nomos can bring something more to the collection

·

Nothing is missing in this collection imo. But if I had to add 5th for the sake of it, I would go with the Farer Lander for a pop of color paired with a new complication.

Love how it looks, from far it looks formal and expensive at near it looks quirky sometimes with snoopy. Just sounded abit rickity due to the miyota 8000.

Lots more to choose from, GMT, moonphase, open heart, chronograph, pocket, rail, jumping hour, chime, etc. However, I always suggest 'get what you want'. If you can’t think of anything else you want, then your current 'excellent' collection has already ticked your boxes, simply enjoy them 😁

Cool collection you got there👍👌

Tough choice, as the Casio actually covers them both as well 🤣

Yup but the itch/urge for a new watch always lingers

You’re so right, the casio is like a japanese version of a swiss army knife.

·

Very true. I like to scan through the WRUW section for ideas 🤣

Firstly: very cool collection! Really!

Secondly: if you’re happy with what you have right now (and I’m sure you are!), you might not need a fifth. This a rabbit hole… and after 5 comes 6… and 7… and why not make it an even 10…

Lastly: if you want to go down the rabbit hole, I think a pilot’s watch might be a good option. Something like a Laco or Stowa (if you can go that high). And for the sixth… a chronograph or a GMT. Some new complication you think you’ll enjoy.

But again: very cool and complete as is..

·

A versatile collection, covering most needs. If I had this one and was looking for a fifth watch, something with a coloured dial would be my choice. A Tsuyosa with a red dial perhaps. Or a baltic aqua in bronze to get something a bit out of the ordinary.

·

I'd go for a Diver. Maybe a Seiko SKX?

I see you're not a friend of metalic straps either!

That is a much sweeter watch!! Glad to see your budget is that high!! I do love the Avigation blue dial, if I’m honest..

Collection for all conditions.

Looks like a solid collection to me dive, daily, dress and beater. You could add some more colour or complications, but you don't need anything more.

Thank you! Yes i need colours!

Fantastic collection - versatile as all get out.

I would pick whatever is your favorite complication that the Casio provides, and get it in mechanical form, and a light/colored dial.

If it’s a chrono, and you want the similar price point, I’d get the Sea-gull, 38mm, fun movement to look at, column wheel.

Again, nice collection!
