I just saw a video on YouTube about three new Islander releases. They have dials designed by Marvin Menke of Hemel Watches. I have to admit I am a bit ambivalent about these designs and am not sure if I will be getting one, although I do really like the 9:00 day and 3:00 date combination. Just not a huge fan of racing and I already have two Islanders with this case; my #ISL-53 and my #ISL-134. Not sure the 9:00 day complication is enough on its own to justify another 40mm Islander. Still, nice to see some new designs and I will be looking for future releases with dials designed by Marvin Menke. Here is a link to the watches:
