There seem to be rules about matching your clothes to your watch (or vice versa).
For example: belt and shoes should match the watch-strap. Or, dial colour should match an article of clothing. Or, dial should be a complementary colour against clothes... Etc.
What are your preferences?
Today I'm pretty matchy-matchy (my two-tone blue and rust strap matches my blue jeans and reddish/orange sweater). The dial is light silver (neutral) with blue hands and numerals.
I don't go out of my way to look like a clown with weirdly mismatched colours, but at the same time I tend to just wear a watch appropriate to the tasks I expect to do in a day.

I take coordinating wardrobe with horological wear very seriously. Here is my choice of footwear when I wear a stainless steel bracelet.
Only time I actually care about matching is when I go into the office. And even then I don’t always care lol
Match smatch. I only do that by accident.

You work with King Arthur at Camelot?

Medieval Times.
I keep it simple by having my leather goods in black - boots, belt, straps, full-face zipper mask, etc.
