If it means that we continue to see more watches, I don't mind if they say stuff just to please the brand. If I'm looking for a true review when spending 1000s on a watch I will only go to someone who owns it, preferably not just bought
For me when thinking about things like this, the main thing I try to take into account is "how much of a difference would I have to change the way I normally do things to make my mind feel at ease". For example in this case if you would need to be actively thinking of avoiding things like where you're walking and how far away you are from devices to give you peace of mind, then it may not be worth it. However if these are just natural thoughts you have during the day and your mind can be at ease then why not, go for it. Whichever you choose, I hope you have a good time interacting with your lovely pocket watch
I use notion to organise my future purchase list. I like the look of it. And it's very easy to keep track of all the groups when I can filter by brand, movement type (solar, auto, manual) as well as category (dress, sports, casual). And also its much easy to change views from a table to visual pictures
