My next watch?

I've always liked the Longines and Omega Sector dial watches, however they are too big in my opinion... I stumbled on "The Sector" by Branch watches and I'm now contemplating purchasing!!

Does anyone here happen to have one or have any experience with the brand? Review videos are sparse but positive and the vintage aesthetic is on point especially the size! 36.5mm

Didn't know the brand before your post but looks fantastic. Here is a positive review I found (https://www.mainspring.watch/sector-branch-vintage-dress-watch).

I do like sector dials. I think Baltic's dress version is special -- 38mm, Miyota 8315 auto -- at half the price. Admittedly, I am comparing apples and oranges when it comes to these two watches.

Best of luck.

Looks good. I'm a but surprised they went with slab sides in an otherwise very elegant design but it's pretty thin which will help counter it looking to chunky. If you're open to a chrono the Dan Henry 1937 might be worth a look.

You might also want to take a look at Nodus they’ve also got Sector dials and people seem to really like them.

Looks a lot like the Baltic HMS 002

I have one. It's not getting much wrist time at the moment because the regular length strap supplied with the watch is too large for my skinny 15cm wrists. I'm waiting on a properly sized strap from Veblenist, at which point I'll probably write up a full review with pictures.

Do you have any specific questions? I'd be happy to try and answer them.

Oh I will keep my eye out for your review. Well I guess my question would be how do you see the over all fit and finish? Are the hands evenly blued or is there some variation like purple, which would be cool! Does it wear comfortably on the wrist? ( I know the strap size but other than that)

Fit and finish is very good, but not especially fancy. Case is all brushed (linear on the sides and circular on the lugs) and bezel is polished. The bezel is angled and the curvature of the crystal matches it very nicely. Hands are very evenly colored, with the distinctive heat blueing effect where the color varies from nearly black to vivid blue depending on the light. Liam (owner and sole proprietor) answered my emailed question by saying that the lug-lug measurement was 43.5mm but I measure 42.5mm. The lugs have quite a bit of curvature as well. I often wear vintage with 32mm-35mm cases, so I think I’ll be very happy with the Branch, but it’ll take a few weeks of regular wear once I get a proper strap before I can form a firm opinion.
