I own a Blue Dune... And totally want this... But just to have a fighting chance you have to pay the $90 entry fee... I mean media subscription... Sigh..
Sure.. unless you know how to properly reinstall the case back and gasket. It's fairly simple though. I also checked gasket for any wear or damage then applied a fresh coat of silicon grease before reinstalling in the case again. Then it's just a matter of screwing the case back down tightly - many tools to help here ofcourse.
I have purchased watches from several brands, although none of their titanium models. For the price RZE is in, Id say they are comparable from fit and finish. The case is especially crisp with the edges and consistency in the finish is very good. I think the applied hardening treatment actually dulls the finish some.. but I may be wrong. The bracelet is a little rattley but well made and comfortable. The clasp is good, but I prefer the fit finish if CWards on the fly clasp, it just seems more solid and precise from a tolerance perspective. The end links are not as precise as I would have liked, they're not bad though and honestly if they were more precise they made have proved difficult to take in and out of the lugs.. titanium likes to grip itself very well and doesn't like to slide against other titanium like steel does. I paid nearly double for this than I didy original "Reise" at early bird price...but I feel it's worth the doubled price for the improvements.
Love it! It my second RZE. I bought the original Resolute with Reise instead of RZE on the dial when they were on Kickstarter. This version is much refined and very well done. I regulated the movement to +/- 1s/d. I also just got their mini blade which is great too!
