I'm a fan of RZE but the bourbon would be better without the chicken nugget in it🙄

It DOES look like a nugget actually 😂🤣😂🤷😂

Bourbon is as easy to make as vodka but alot better and you can dial in the taste. Gradient dials are so nice

I love the gradient dial of these.. I have the OG Urban Teal too. With the "Reise" dial... Travis said there are less than 50 in the wild!!

How do you like the RZE so far? Seriously looking at them. Resolute pro, endeavor glacier, or this real resolute.

Not good on the rocks? 😉

Ah, the Old Fashioned. The best bourbon cocktail, imo.

It's all in the mash and how much char is in the barrels.

Love it! It my second RZE. I bought the original Resolute with Reise instead of RZE on the dial when they were on Kickstarter. This version is much refined and very well done. I regulated the movement to +/- 1s/d. I also just got their mini blade which is great too!

I use DADY yeast with a T500 still so i can tailor the distillation percentage from 60% up to 95%. For the best taste i go for 80% which is usually what the pot stills get with a thumper on a good day. I have 2 of those. Barreling goes at 52% to get the best flavor out of the white oak. Any stronger and you get the harsh tannins from the wood. I also add glycerine to mellow the bite. I go for a light char and a good charcoal filtering too.

How does the fit and finish compare to other brands, if you own others?

How does the fit and finish compare to other brands, if you own others?

I have purchased watches from several brands, although none of their titanium models. For the price RZE is in, Id say they are comparable from fit and finish. The case is especially crisp with the edges and consistency in the finish is very good. I think the applied hardening treatment actually dulls the finish some.. but I may be wrong. The bracelet is a little rattley but well made and comfortable. The clasp is good, but I prefer the fit finish if CWards on the fly clasp, it just seems more solid and precise from a tolerance perspective. The end links are not as precise as I would have liked, they're not bad though and honestly if they were more precise they made have proved difficult to take in and out of the lugs.. titanium likes to grip itself very well and doesn't like to slide against other titanium like steel does. I paid nearly double for this than I didy original "Reise" at early bird price...but I feel it's worth the doubled price for the improvements.
