The Seiko logo isn't dreaded, there is just more creativity beyond it. I definitely like the rosegold-colored watch hands. And of course I'm happy to see you build! 😉

I still use dials with the Seiko logo when I can't find a dial without it or the turn around time for making a custom dial is too long to satisfy the itch.

See, THIS is what I want most of all. I have some on my grail list but pieces I worked on, or designed for myself or others, would mean so much more.

The logo is my beloved school logo (Victoria college) the school I attended in Egypt; KG to high school. Built by the British in 1902 in Alexandria Egypt.
Sorry for the rant., But you can choose any logo and contact one of the dial vendors on AliExpress who offer to print logos on dials. They will charge you $35 for the first print in addition to the dial price. San martin also offers that service but you have to buy their watches.
Now I'm working on designing my own logo which would look something like that ..

Just do it, take the first step and Yiu will learn. Watch a lot of videos, buy some basic tools and then buy some parts on AliExpress and your first watch won't cost more then $
