These are the watches given to me by my Dad. The Watex only yesterday when I visited him in hospital.
The Seikos, came to me years ago. The Cyma and Friedli were late 50s purchases while he served in the Royal Navy.
They've all been serviced and are worn regularly, as will the Watex.
Just after midnight I got the call to inform me he had slipped away peacefully in his sleep.
Thanks Dad, for everything. RIP

He never had them serviced so would just buy a new one when they stopped.
Sorry for you loss man, he did leave you some cool stuff
How incredibly touching! 😢
It's so nice that you were able to share this hobby and the last moments with your father. May these heirlooms forever bind you with your father.
Wow, this seriously touched my heart. My Father has recently started giving me some of his prized possessions. He’s 77 now. Started with a bracelet he always wore and then some of his favorite rings. Each time I pleaded with him to keep them. God bless you and your family. May your Father rest well!

Thank you. Dad was 91 so you should have many years with yours to cherish.
My condolences.
