OMG!

Don’t know what to say………

First time I’ve seen a bicycle chain revolving on a watch face 😮

I feel like I need to know allot more about this!

Is this real? If it is then its pretty amazing! Love the case shape and colour as well as that bike chain movement!

·

I love 24-hour watches, but not that they put “24”. It should be “0”

·

That looks like fun for the watch repair guy

Blimey I will take a look!

If it weren't for the price I would have given him a chance: he's nice

Certainly different, perhaps the price will plummet?🤔

·

Well, we don't see this everyday.

I must be missing something. Both sprockets appear to be the same diameter and the same tooth pitch. They'd run at the same speed. How do that tell time when they are always at the same relative angle to one another?

Oh, it's just foolishness and the lower hand has no connection to the drive chain, right?

I’m as perplexed as you sir……😂

In addition, the even vertical spacing of the indices is wrong. Anyone that's seen a rectangular watch knows the preservation of consistent angles means a gradient of linear spacing.

And we're going with two centers here, so I guess they're just hoping it all averages out?

I'm not sure what's up with the 24 hour dial either.

Just checked the vendors video and description here you go…..

Ah well let’s use belts to drive watches……

I just noticed the crown position on some these.

Interesting.

UPDATE:

I did some quick internet research and found it. Here's the link:

https://angleswatches.com/collections/chain-of-time

Turns out the chains do actually have a function, not simple decoration as I originally thought, and the minutes hand at 6:00 is driven by a shaft inside central axis of the lower wheel; the chain does not drive the minutes function, only the hours.

Turns out this company does some interested things albeit some offerings heavily influenced by other manufacturers.

One version is already sold out. So there’s definitely a crowd for it.

Oh the Engrish word salad!

symbolic = fake, useless

micro-chain... have you seen the fusee chain, guys? mini-chain, maybe

transmission complex ???

inlaid with luminous - shouldn't it be "luminous paint" or, my preference, "inlaid with luminosity"

"directly installed on the lower gear" when it actually is a stick through a hole with no contact

"the night part of the dial" is presumably akin to the dark side of the moon

I don't trust any watch that can't be read at a glance after a binary watch almost got me in a traffic accident........

Symbolic? Like the big dumb fake gear they glue on most Swatches?

·

At first glance, I thought it was play on the thermometer! 🌡️ 🤙❤️😂

·

Different.

Unique.

Ugly.

·

I saw this when I started looking for a bicycle themed dial. I'm still looking for something bicycle like. But I got time to look.

·

Nomos watch replicas? Why 😅

·

I’m shocked lol

·

Have you seen tag Monaco V4?
