I don't have that specific Baltany, but I do have another of their watches which looks like it uses a lot of similar components, and I'd strongly recommend it.
The quality is excellent for the price.
That's fair. Personally I see it more frequently than any other watch, smart or otherwise, so I certainly couldn't call it "unusual"!
It's definitely an interesting project, but I can't help but feel like it's all of the negatives of an Apple Watch (the looks) with none of the positives (the features).
