Simple is as simple does

In a fit of feeling compelled to be honest about my WRUW posts, I offer this: I put my Laco Valencia on very early in the morning for to see and indeed look at it, and it stayed on. I kept being charmed by its simplicity and echoes with a happy recognition of childhood clocks, etc.

I finally solved the strap issues (yes, those depraved fraught hours scouring the mind and the internet for the strap!). I think it’s just right. Opposing views welcomed 😄

I have an awkward arm! The bones just line up askew so that try as I might my watch is always facing slightly away from me. Aslant. Seriously, does anyone else have this or any other nerd-certified armal-wristile peculiarities?

Cheers.

Love mine too.

There’s just something about them, isn’t there? I can find it sublimely beautiful, like a vaulted ceiling in a cathedral. That kind of feeling.

Stunning! 🤩

You did well with the strap, and I love that watch.

Have you copyrighted the term “armal-wristile” yet?

Gorgeous dial layout and hands 👌 but let’s drop that date window….👎
