Tomorrow will be the day
Tomorrow I buy my last piece for a while, couple of years at least, the next time I buy one will be something of true luxury as a fully formed professional. It's been fun, emotional, educational and mind opening. This journey of almost 4 years will be at an end in just a couple of hours. It's not a "Goodbye" but a "Until we meet again, old friend". Speedmaster (or Santos) I'm coming for you next as a Resident.

The coolest thing is when you find out many of your patients are just as big of a watch enthusiast as you are. I look at the watch on every wrist that comes into my office.

It was 28 years ago and feels like yesterday. I hope the day goes well for you. As for being “fully formed,” one of the great things about our chosen career is how that never really happens. Enjoy every minute.
