They both have the same VK64 meca-quartz movement with the same useless as f*ck 24Hr indicator taking up the place of the second's hand.
Therefore they are both terrible, but if forced to choose one of the two then my preference goes to the Yema because of it's slightly better and more unique design.

I prefer the subdials on the Yema.
The Yema has a little "je ne sais quoi" that makes it feel more like a racing chronograph (I guess it's the checkered flags on the dial 🤷♂️)
I'd choose the Yema because it is a little more unique.
