I don't think so. It's not to big or your wrist to small. What I found out is, that what you see first in a watch is the size of the dial. And that's almost always around 36 to 38 mm. The case around it is a frame, and in the case of a driver it's a bigger frame.

Also from a mobile phone cam it always looks much to big. Stand with about 2 meters Infront of a mirror and you see how it looks.
