TAG Heuer Aquaracer 200 Professional Solargraph
Wow. I went to a Tag boutique only to look at a few. Wanted to see the Night Driver in the flesh even though I knew I couldn't afford it! Sat down with the associate for a chat and a look at a couple of pieces, before I knew it I was taking the Solargraph and having the strap sized! 😂 The lume on this is possibly the best lume I have ever seen on a watch! You have to use a UV torch to get the luminous material in the bezel to shine, but when it does 👌 The lume generally is great, normal daylight and it glows beautifully. Then there is the actual movement. Yeah I suppose a Citizen Eco Drive isn't really an in house movement, but with TAG using a base of ETA then you could say they are expensive Swatch watches anyway! 😂😂 Still this is my second favourite watch!
Been on a short journey so far, but have enjoyed collecting watches. I have a fantastic connection and I am hooked! Always room for one more watch!

Yes it's unmodded. The rubber strap is surprisingly comfortable. To be honest so are the other TAG rubber straps. I like the GMT Pro that has on the fly. Only thing that's missing from the 200's for me.

I'll be frank, I'm not a great lover of Tag watches but I do really like the look of this particular Aquaracer. A very cool looking watch 👍

Now, funny thing is I had both on the wrist at the boutique..... Went with the black as the lume and strap was comfortable. Not that the Ti wasn't, it's just I found the 43mm light, this was just a little too light for me with a metal feeling. Still an awesome watch and really did find it hard to choose!
Congrats to you! I share a very similar story. I went to my AD to look at the Night Diver as well! But after trying on the Solargraph, I was sold! Great Aquaracer!!!

For me they are an affordable brand that most of the public think is a premium luxury brand.
So when someone asks what watch you are wearing, saying a tag gives a better response than others at the same pricepoint....Maybe that's me being a watch snob! PS - I also have Timex watches, so not really that much of a snob! 😂😂

To be fair, I have been treated well in all the TAG boutiques I have visited, where others I am often ignored. Being a big Motorsport fan I find I have a great connection to the brand, and this won't be my last TAG Heuer watch! 👍

Yeah was a tough call between the two for me. Although I like their titanium, the smaller piece just was a little too light for a metal bracelet for me. The main swing was the lume on the bezel. Plus I love a bit of forged Carbon! 😂

The forged Carbon luminous green in the bezel goes first, but the numbers remain for a while. So does the indices and hands. The second hand is lovely in ice blue! 👍

Also note that the rubber strap uses a deployant clasp with a quick adjustment feature. No tools required 👌

No not on the 200 Pro's. Only 300's have the on the fly. It has micro adjustment and a divers extension which is hidden behind the clasp
