A bit left field for me but why not.
So, first new watch of 2024. It's a Swatch obviously and is well out of my comfort zone. I have had a couple of Swatches in the past and tend to give them away, usually to family who are going on holiday and need a summer type watch. I have had my eye of a few lately and after looking on eBay nothing popped up. After Xmas and looking at a few WC members Swatches I decided I needed one, so after a google search a company came up in Germany, a place and people I very much like in no small part to the wonderful CurryWurst !
The price was cheap (£50ish inc. postage) for new, and I decided to be brave and get something that I would normally never wear. I think it's the perfect summer watch (OK I know it's January !) It is listed as unisex, whatever that means and is 37mm. It almost is on par with the legendary Duro as it has 200m water resistance and a rotating bezel, although I don't think it will be as tough, it even has lume, on par with the Duro (as in its there and it works for 20 seconds). As I said earlier it's not something I would wear but I wanted a fun summer watch, and if this doesn't get me noticed I don't know what will ! I have also decided to get an outfit to wear with it, as I have noticed a few WC matching their style of watch to clothes, so you will have to let me know about the outfit I think I have chosen, when the sun and warm weather arrives.

Have to admit that was 75% of the reason I got it. Swatch may not make the best quality straps but they blow most out of the water for some of their designs.
