An aftermarket case would be impossible to find for an exotic movement because the mod market does not go beyond the NH3x series movements. It's easier to retrofit a Swiss quartz.

I don't see why you shouldn't have both... you got two wrists, right? You get two time-zones then too. GMT on the cheap.
I'd take a quartz Nautilus, it at least looks appealing, and even a no-name quartz movement is likely to last a long time.
