I would not sell any. Three black dials, so no difference there. The Sub and the Pro have the same markers and both have a bezel. Pretty similar. The Pro is the only complication. I’d buy the DateJust and a new watch roll that can handle 4.
It’s easy to say the BBPro but when you own it and wear it I understand why the choice becomes difficult. I’m in a similar position, thinking to unload a watch but it’s just so hard to pick one.
If I HAD to chose, I’d drop the explorer for a DJ, but I’d have the fluted bezel..
A few years ago the Datejust was almost the forgotten Rolex but lately seems to be making a comeback. I remember just before the covid lockdowns wandering into a Rolex ad, I guess I didn’t look like a potential customer, it wasn’t until the lady who manages the Rolex counters was free finally offered assistance. I explained that I was browsing only, she said that looking leads to interest or something like that. I was checking out the 36mm Datejust models, she guided me away explaining the 36mm was mainly of interest to her lady clients. I said the 36 mm was the gents size when I owned a two tone. She gave me a long stare as if I was from some alien planet. Datejust 41mm would be my personal choice but I prefer the oyster bracelet with a smooth bezel.

Tudor, but I'm not a GMT fan...
I’d sell the BBPro. The explorer is a great daily option on a small size and a timeless classic

If I had the good fortune to be in your position there’s no way I’d sell the explorer or the submariner. So I guess that leaves the Tudor…
I would unload the Explorer, but I am admittedly not a fan of that watch, so do what you think is right for you.

I would keep all 3. If you have to, the Tudor as those are 2 of my 3 favourite Rolex.
I would let the sub go. I know it has a huge fan base and for good reason but I've never been a fan.
Good choice for the dj41. Smooth bezel and jubilee definitely best options.
DJ and Expoler will wear the same, fact is dj leans heavy on the dressy side.
So I would sell the Explorer.
Good luck

Tudor
Tudor, you can easily buy that back, probably for less money in a few years if you wanted. I'd be happy to take the Explorer off your hands though :)
