Also, homage watches are really good and entirely worth it if that's what you want assuming you get a good watch for the price. I think it's great there's companies copying popular designs at decent quality, because a lot of people are drawn to the design but cannot afford an original one.
I think sports watches are pretty good when it comes to wearing them on any occasion, even with suits. So a sports watch would be the choice for me.
I have only a single automatic watch but I wind it every single day in the evening. It has become a bit of a ritual to sit down for a bit and wind the watch.
No indiglo and the movement while they don't state it on their own website even, I assume it's a miyota 8215 which they have used in a few of their watches, including Navi XL watches (if not all of the Navi XL watches)
The competition at that price point is super tough. It's definitely more difficult to justify the purchase considering what Orient/Seiko give you for half the price. Personally for me the Timex would be in consideration as a cheaper alternative for something like a Rolex Polar Explorer. It might be an easier choice for me if it had a movement that had hacking, in a perfect world the bracelet wouldn't be half bad, but that's a dream more than anything.
Maybe it's for the better the watch wasn't available when I checked it out. Would have been a close call otherwise
