Omega Seamaster 300 166.0324. What's the one watch in your collection you always keep coming back to?

Just wanted to share my opinion after owning this Omega Seamaster 300 ref. 166.0324 for a couple of years now... If you have a chance to get one, pull the trigger and think later! I can't get enough of this watch. It works in any situation, it's so versatile and an absolute strap monster! I challenge you to find a strap that doesn't work with this watch. It's so comfortable on the wrist and the case design is fantastic, it looks beautiful no matter which angle you are looking at it. The dial and hands are iconic, and the distortions you get from the crystal are just what you'd expect. The only slight concern is the water resistance of the watch. Even though it's not a true vintage piece and it passed the pressure testing, I still don't let it go near the water. But all in all, I always keep coming back to it with a huge smile on my face.

What's the one watch in your collection you always keep coming back to?

Lovely one! The more modern one is on my wishlist, but I definitely will investigate the vintage ones!

Great watch and strap. Separately. I just can't get used to leather on a diver.

I always go back to my Aqua Terra chrono and Rolex Explorer II

I've always loved that Seamaster, and hope Omega comes out with some sort of tribute to it. If so, I would be texting my AD immediately. In my current collection, I always come back to the Seiko Blue Alpinist (SPB089) and Hamilton Khaki Day Date Auto AKA "Cooper."

I don't see the Aqua Terra chrono much, so that's a cool watch to own. I am on the list for an Explorer II, so that is good to hear it is on your go to list.

Looks great on bracelet,  leather,  sailcloth and rubber

to actually answer the question before the thread just turns into an Omega love-in:

I always go back to the CWC, as a daily. Simple, versatile, rugged, reliable.

It's our Two-Stitch Maroon Red strap. It was available only as a Christmas Bundle, it will be available separately soon. But if you want one just send us a message 😎
