As the proud new owner of an Olympos Field, I was concerned to read a post today about frequent issues with their STP movements. So I thought I'd poll Zodiac owners to see their experience. Please post about length of ownership and what if any issues you've had.
No issues with the movement, but my SSW, as a whole, is a major disappointment. It may be the first watch I even trade or sell to get something else. Should have dumped it a long time ago and will never buy another.

Good feedback since I've personally considered one, thanks. If you're willing, would love to hear why.

Bracelet is the worst bracelet in any watch under $2000, including Seiko. Quality of steel is subpar. Movement is held in place by plastic ring holder. There is no aspect of the watch that feels luxury. It feels every bit of a Fossil product, which would be fine if I was paying Fossil prices. Biggest disappointment of any watch I have ever owned.

I currently own 2 Zodiacs and 1 Fossil automatic, all with STP movements and all problem free.
Same goes for another Zodiac and a Magrette that have since been sold and had no issues.

Thats pretty reassuring I must say. Although you only get one vote, that's personal experience of five different STP movements

Sea wolf owner nearly 3 years now, no issues. Mind you it doesn't get the wrist time it deserves.
Two Zodiacs and no issues.

Yikes! Well I really appreciate you sharing that.
