5 Days Planned with the SRPE51

It’s not the 60 day challenge as lord knows I would fail there and well have no desire to try. However, I’m about to head to the airport for a 5 day trip and decided to take one watch.

The watch of choice is the Seiko SRPE51. Why?

The Gray Dial goes with pretty much everything. It’s no dive watch but has some decent Water Resistance. No formal events planned but nice enough for a casual diner out and won’t look odd if I go for a morning run with it. It’s cheap enough that I won’t attract any unwanted sales rep attention or anything more sinister.

I did throw in another strap as I had a bracelet failure once so like having a back up. However, it will be the longest I’ve gone with one watch option in years.

Wish me luck!

Take a daily picture and keep us updated. The key to packing light is pack neutral tones and colors that will go with everything. The gray dial is a stellar choice.

Airport then home. In all honesty I never missed my other watches telling me this was a great choice.
