See, what happened was... The Hamilton Jazzmaster Face 2 Face III Limited Edition (999 pieces), as soon as I saw it on-line I was intrigued. Can't explain it, went back and forth for a couple of weeks and dove in as soon as I saw it ready for pre-order. Justification is....well it is my birthday month.. yeah, that's it.
What's the party trick you ask, from the website; "it features a reversible case with two dials – one a time-telling face comprising chronograph functions, the other featuring measurement scales and an exhibition movement. Paired with a patina-look brown leather strap"
It took me a week to finally post these pics but here they are:
My opinion, Hamilton outdid themselves creating a true statement piece. Unfortunately I just don't think the pics (probably by fault) do it justice, this is a well finished piece of art that fits well on my 7.25in wrist.
Specs:
Caliber: H-41
Case Size: 44mm
Thickness: 17.25
Crystal: Sapphire
Lug width: 22mm
Power reserve 60 hr.

I really like how unique this is & love that you were willing to give it a try. Most people would shy away, given the specs. I think its a keeper.
That strap looks as stiff as a board though. 😂 Hopefully it'll relax over time.

Thank you sir, yeah it just really spoke to me. The strap is pretty, good quality, and works with the piece but your right, a little stiff, lol. It will loosen up. Thanks again!
OMG THIS IS FANTASTIC! CONGRATS!
Interesting watch, although I have a question, does having a big slab of sapphire on the back of your wrist not feel cold and slippery in comparison to a steel caseback? and does it not get all smeared with 'skin grease' meaning you have to buff it every time you flip it?

Personally I don't notice a difference between my steel back and sapphire back watches on my wrist. Lol, I have never noticed them getting "smeared up" but I suppose its possible, especially in this case. Will have to let you know how it goes the more I wear it.
Incredible watch Congrats!!!!
Thank you sir!
Ooph! This watch is amazing. I'd love to hear your thoughts after having lived with it for a while.
I hope you're still loving it!
Thanks, you said it, this thing is amazing and gets allot of looks. She is a little thick though, but sits well on my wrist. Also, I love the strap but it took a little bit to break in. All in all Hamilton outdid themselves on this one, two thumbs up from me.
