I bought a OCW-T200SCE-8AJR a couple of months ago and I LOVE it. I would love to go for the green dial version but they're pretty spendy these days.
Related to the atomic syncing in half-hour time zones, I think you're in luck. The watch will sync with your phone so if your phone is updated with the correct local time it will be reflected on the watch.

I'm such a fan of the brand. The 29er is the one that I always return to. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because I'm worried that the strap won't get tight enough on my 7" wrist. This is from the one time I tried one on in person. What do you think about that?
