Although I have many divers, I would suggest something along the Marathon line. I have the 46mm JSAR and that IS a beast of a watch. Try the aforementioned smaller version. Also, you cannot go wrong with a Seiko "Arnie." Padi Solar. I can't suggest others because there will be more comments following mine that you may like more. Good luck on your hunt!

My bezel turns fine. Maybe it could be a manufacturing thing. But my Spinnaker Dumas Regatta's dial is tough to run. I was like "Yikes!" You are correct. It's not an everyday watch. I just see it as a fun piece that can be worn once in a while.
