Good morning Crunchers! As I was looking for the Spinnaker H-Link with the negative end links for my Spinnaker 50 Phantoms, I came across this older article.

People are overreacting. I don’t like the gender references with watches in general. There some “female” watches out there that I would rock on my hairy large wrist.
I know the post is about links, but it’s really not that big of a deal unless there are guys that want their manhood thought of in mm like watch links. 😜🤣

I read this post and I was like: "You have GOT to be kidding me." This also happens in the stereo gear world, which I am also a BIG fan of. There are also gender references in that world too (Female/Male Input/Outputs/Male/Female RCA Cables Inputs and Outputs.)
You are right. People are way overreacting on this.
I guarantee that some will take offense at that supposedly PC term negative end link, not for the change from female, but use of the term “negative.” 🙄
I'm more annoyed by the arrogant attitude of the OP saying "[this] is not going to fly with me, or any other serious collector.", as if he's speaking from some imaginary position of authority in the name of all self-proclaimed "serious collectors" of this world. Change is inevitable. To rail against a change of this type is just bananas. Save your outrage for shit that matters.

Also, that post was 4 years ago and I hadn't heard of the term negative endlink until today, so it appears the OP of that post successfully marshalled his troops & defeated the "eViL pC" crowd.
