Lederhosen compatible watch

Going to Starkbierfest at Nockherberg Munich this weekend and can’t decide which watch to take to match. The outfit will be traditional, likely a burgundy or pink vest, dark brown lederhosen with green embroidery, cream angle socks. Any suggestions? Note: diver is necessary as I’ll be spa-ing on Sunday

All try ewe would work but u think the that NATO strap goes particularly well with the outfit.

Also, it is like the outer ring on the Bayern Munich badge.

The red one!

Maybe you can help to lift the Curse of Kane and get the season started whilst you're there then!

·

NTTD hands down friend. You’re lucky to have it. Take it for a spin

·

The jubilee bracelet is probably the easiest to clean all of the beer spills off afterwards so that's my vote!

Getting rid of Tuchel was a good start… now if he takes Upamecano with him, we’re well on track.

·

Will you be spa-ing 200m deep? :D

But I say the red BB58.

·

Definitely the NTTD the warmth and “browness” of it matches the lederhosen really good in my opinion

·

Lol, I don't know if it's your first time at the Starkbierfest, if yes, I'd definitely recommend a GSHOCK or something you don't mind banging up 😂

Out of your selection: burgundy BB 🤌

·

Take the red. I'm glad to see that people still stick to tradition. Good to see people still wearing the lederhosen. That Black Bay will look great with it.

My mother is from Munich. I’ve spent a good chunk of my childhood there and am a regular at Wiesn (Marstall and Schützen every year). I’ve been to Nockherberg, Löwenbräukeller and all of them. So yes, I’ve been around this type of environment once or twice (not to mention countless similar occasions around tjr Freistaat). If this was Käfer, I’d look for an AP 🤣

Hence my thinking on that as well. Interesting comment from someone with your handle 😜

None of these options work very well with this outfit.

Pocketwatch is the only way to go!

I do have my grand father’s very nice vintage one (the Bavarian one) with a lovely early 20th century coin on the chain… but fragility is an issue with the beer flowing….

I think the BlackBay goes best with your clothing. If it fits, the MN strap, combined with the red bezel on the BlackBay would go great.

·

And the winner is...... The Black Bay!! At least for me

Pelagos

In that order.NTTD is a very close second as it is all brushed and matte finishes.

Pelagos is light and tough and the strap will blend in with your outift. I imagine in addition to being the lightest it is the thinnest, this should work well when repeating beer lifts to the gullet. You won’t get your sleeve hung up.

Enjoy the celebration.

I'd wear the Omega. 🍻

·

Omega SMP 300 would look the best I think

Wise words, mate. Especially with this type of beer… this is not your local’s ale…

·

Take the Pelagos on the nato-strap.

The burgundy end the olive green is good match 💪

That is true, especially in London. I was always conscious of that living there. It’s less bad in Munich though so fingers crossed it won’t happen this time round!
