How do you like wearing your watches?

Personally I am on the "very tight" side. Firstly, for aesthetics reasons. In my opinion, a good watch should perfectly fit, everything should be well balanced and aligned, with no gap. Secondly, because I hate when the watch move around or up and down my wrist. It's especially true when I do workout or run. I can't run with a tangling watch... Of course, it comes with disadvantages. At least I see two : 1. It needs readjusting several times a day as the wrists fluctuates in size ; 2. The crown being closed, it scratches a bit with the skin on the top of the hand (after years, I have a little scar). But I guess everyone has a preference... what's yours?

I like it to stay put, but not so tight it leaves a bracelet shaped indention on the wrist. I also find it difficult to keep this balance with wrist expansion/contraction. A good on-the-fly microadjust is great to have.

Dang you, I never thought about that before I just put on a watch one way or another now I’m thinking is my watch on too loose or tight? I’ve seen those videos where some watch guru is sticking his finger between the watch band and his wrist and declares “One finger fits so perfect!” And those people watching that video with knuckles enlarged from arthritis that can’t stick their finger between the watch band and their wrist think the band is on too tight loosen it and their watch falls off their wrist in the Walmart parking lot. If YOU think the band is on right it is.

Too tight, and crown bite gets more than just annoying. Especially when doing very active wrist movements such as: reloads, other manipulation work/drills, tool work, pull-ups, wrangling dripping wet toddlers convinced running away from dad after bath time is the best game ever....😆🤏🏻😜, etc. YMMV of course.

just wear your watch like a maniac, with no straps, and super glue it to your wrist.👍

I wear bracelets looser than straps.
