I prefer the look of the Bulova, and dig the independent hour setting, but I agree with @foghorn that the second hand and GMT hand are easy to confuse. However I'd still probably go for the Bulova. The design is much more my style than the SRPD (I had a 5KX but sold it).

The Bulova is by far the more discreet office GMT. It’s a beauty, too. Excellent design and build.
Seiko all the way.
IMO Bulova screwed this watch up by making the seconds hand and and the GMT hand too similar looking. Not easy to tell which is which at a glance.

Found it a bit bulky (on a Nato), and I realised I just don't like the dive aesthetic personally.
