I sold all my automatics. I kept one watch my dad gave me. It’s a vintage seiko actus and I send it to get it serviced.
Anyway, I love the long power reserve, that’s a bonus point for me besides being way more accurate. Gshocks are my travel watches, because I sometimes travel to a place with different time zone and I don’t want to hack my grand seiko to asjust the time. I’m on a mission to preserve the run so I can actually see the accuracy over time.

Chscon a son gout
I like it, big quartz fan, actually have another incoming.
How do you preserve accuracy adjusting the date on the GS?
Don't tell anyone, but I actually prefer quartz watches 👀
I much prefer the luxury quarts movements over many of my mechanical watches. I mean good, serviceable movements.
Any anything Casio. Especially their digital watches.
Is that "quartz snobbery?" 🤔
My favourites:
Quartz SMP
Casio Oceanus
Needs no introduction
I do own more mechanical than quartz but I like and use them just the same.
