Hello WatchCruncher!
This is Leonardo from Selten, you may or may not know our brand already, but it doesn't matter.
I'd just want to tell you that we are going to launch our second collection - Salvage Bronze - on Kickstarter soon.
You can either follow us on Kickstarter directly or subscribe to our website, and we will notify you once we go live!

The main feature of this model is the dial.
Each dial is hand patina'd by an artist from the States. He uses his secret recipe to create this beautiful unique dial for us.
Every dial is unique, you would never find an identical one elsewhere.
The dials are created with a sandwich structure which allows the luminosity to the max.
Our sandwich dial is constructed in 3 layers.
Bottom Layer: A dial contains the recessed indices, the "lume-gutter".
Middle Layer: The hand patina'd dial
Top Layer: Sapphire crystal with AR coating with printed indices

Hand patinaed?
How is that different from" painted to give a patinaed effect"?

There's a difference between hand patinaed and painted.
Painted in my way of understanding is using the paint to do it.
However the way of hand patinaed is using many different materials to alter the appearance of the metals. This includes natural products, chemicals, salt, rain, wood, soil or fire.

So it's actually "forced" artificial patina that, unlike the Cusn8 bronze case, won't change over time.

It's what we call controlled or forced patination, and in this way, we can create patina colors like blue, green, and gold.
And that's why we called it "hand" patinaed instead of natural patinaed.🙏
