It is probably this one, by REM, a Swedish company. They make the strap once an order is placed. Their claim is that the off-white paint is made with a lunar meteorite. Considering that these meteorite are somewhat common, it may be true.

That's right, lunar meteorites are common, and it's "easier" doing the real deal than fake it and risk running a business or even worse.
