Hello everyone,
so I am new to collecting and only posses two Seikos, a cocktail time (my first mechanical watch, I adore it) and a Seiko 5 Diver (SPRB55K1).
I actually regret buying the Seiko 5 as it contains the same movement, it was a very spontaneous decision (new to all of this), not a huge fan of divers overall and I am selling it right now.
As I went a bit through videos, forums etc. I found a few watches that I thought about buying but am currently undecided, my favorite being the Seiko Prospex Alpinist 1959 (SPB249J1 ~600€), as I am a bit biased towards Seiko. The dial, the handset the movement specs and all are great on this model.
I would be glad to know about your favorite watch in this segment?

I've been really happy with the Serica that I got over the summer.
There are a whole load of microbrands that are great in this price range, if we’re talking mainstream my 2 favourites are my Titanium Hamilton Khaki Automatic
And my Certina DS 80
There are a few models from Tissot and Hamilton that I think are great in this price segment, but from mainstream brands I would go with Seiko for any dive watch.
Microbrands in this price range are to numerous to count.
