Grab an Invicta Pro Diver if you don't already have a dive watch. You shouldn't spend over $100 on one because they often sell for no more than $70. If you're open to Chinese brands, there should be a few options in that range.
Also, Timex has an Expedition field watch on Amazon right now for $39...not sure about your specific location though. Timex in general may be worth a look.

Casio duro is a greater starter watch. Addiesdive has automatics that are reasonable values, if dive watch is your thing. Ali express is a good resource to educate yourself about options and prices.
