First post! How do you rotate watches throughout the week?

Hey everyone! Excited to be here. Curious on folks rotation strategies. Wear something new every day? every week? Or go long term with 1 watch?

I swap for tasks, i.e. dog walking, diy, work (office/site), round the house, casual out, formal out. Tend to get a good spread this way but can swap 2 or 3 times a day!

I swap when the mood strikes, which can sometimes end up in wearing 2 or 3 different watches in one day. With the exception of when a new watch enters the collection, I normally don't wear any single watch for more than a couple of days.

Nice! I recently started doing something similar, started wearing an evening watch when I’m done with work.

I tend not to stick with the same watch for more than 2 days. Though sometimes I have to wear a watch for a specific occasion

·

I plan for the week. First three days in the office they match the outfit I'm wearing. It becomes less important after that, but I still wear dress watches on Thursday/Friday also, but I don't need to match that closely. The fun stuff comes out on the weekends.

Right in the morning! Best part of the day. Cheers 🍻

Mine tend to go in cycles; one of the wrist for a few weeks or so and then onto the next. They also get changed for specific use purposes.

·

Change based on what I am doing/wearing mostly In theory. That ends up meaning I tend to wear one for 2-3 days. Then rotate to another for 2-3 days. Then rotate to another for 2-3 days. #oris Big Crown Pointer Date gets worn on #thorisday every week, but usually also for the day before or after.

Lighter Ti watch for cycling

A few options with cheaper straps for work (desk diving destroys bracelets)

Diver for anything around the ocean

Big n blingy for going out

Slim for under shirt cuffs

Hmm 🤔 .. I need some more watches! 😀

With my job I actually bring two watches. One that I wear most of the day from the collection, then my Gshock in case I need it to switch out. But I try to wear all my watches through out the week.

I'm a shift worker..... I've tried a bunch of rotations but for 2022 I've been swapping out my watches every 4 days.....I have 2 Casio Protreks, one Digi one Analog that I throw into the mix for heavy lifting.

Multiple watches throughout the day. Going to the office, outdoor activities, evening watching a show…variety is the spice of life.

·

I coordinate my watch with my outfit based on color, formality level, and what I am doing that day. I have even changed watches during the day, such as the other day when I came home from the office in one of my dress watches (I think it was my Orient Bambino that day) and changed to my "beater" watch (Casio Edifice chronograph) to take the kids to the park.
